I’ve been taking my vehicles to Big Brand Tire & Service for over 20 years, and I’ve always received honest and reliable service. I recently had an oil change and alignment done, and everything was great. Jeff is wonderful to work with—he’s honest, helpful, and always takes good care of me. Highly recommend!

These people know what they are doing. They will negotiate a tire deal with you and order tires to fill requests for specific tires. From what I gathered they will get you specific orders in a day if they don’t have them at a particular site. The service people had changed my tires and aligned them promptly. I was in the waiting room for less than an hour. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship! They took extreme care with mounting and balancing tires on my new wheels. I would highly recommend them to a friend/family.

Stopped in today and Jordan's knowledge completely sold me on using Big Brand for my new truck tires. After checking in at 3 different competitors, Jordan was the only service representative that recommended an alignment with purchase of new tires. I definitely needed it based on the wear of the old tires. The fact that he was upfront about it and the quote for my visit was extremely good; Jordan at Big Brand proved that my company uses this shop for a reason. Top notch pricing and customer service! Big Brand Tire and Service does excellent work and the whole team is very professional. Jessica, the assistant manager, is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to be helpful throughout the process. Zaw, the technician who worked on my vehicle, did a fantastic job — I came in needing four new tires and a wheel alignment, and everything turned out perfect. One thing that really stood out: unlike most places, they actually put my spare tire back — and put it back correctly. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Highly recommend this place!
